Job summary

WTW is seeking a Senior Surety Client Manager to support Producers and Account Executives in prospecting and managing surety accounts. The role involves coordinating bond requests, billing issues, and reporting while communicating with underwriters and clients to ensure successful bond approvals and submissions.

Candidate should have a P&C license, 5–7 years in Surety, strong communication, and solid customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a P&C license and have strong client-facing experience in a surety environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proven interpersonal, time management and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with EPIC or similar underwriting/surety systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client needs including bond requests and billing issues.
• Analyze information updates and communicate data to underwriters.
• Respond to client questions about bond programs, limits and opportunities.
• Communicate with underwriters on bond status and approvals.
• Issue original bonds as needed and support carrier submissions.
• Gather client information, perform bond reviews, and assist with accounting matters.
• Demonstrate effective communication with clients, peers and sureties.
• Attend client meetings and support the surety team as needed.
