Qualifications

• P&C licensed (property & casualty) required.
• 5–7 years of relevant surety experience.
• Insurance designations are desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client needs: bond requests, billing issues, bond reports.
• Analyze information updates and communicate data to underwriters.
• Respond to client questions on account bond program, limits, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with underwriters on account status and bond approvals.
• Issue original bonds as needed and support carrier submissions.
• Attend client meetings and assist in resolving billing and accounting issues.
