Job summary

WTW in Atlanta seeks a Senior Surety Client Manager to support Producers and Account Executives on prospecting and account management for surety and insurance clients with bond needs in a small team setting.

The role involves managing day-to-day client needs, communicating with underwriters, and assisting with carrier submissions while delivering superior customer service. Hybrid work is offered, and visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.

Qualifications

• P&C licensed is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in a surety environment.
• Insurance designations are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to participate in industry events.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day needs for clients, including bond requests and billing issues.
• Request and analyze informational updates, communicating data to underwriters.
• Respond to clients' questions about account bond programs and project opportunities.
• Coordinate with underwriters on account status and bond approvals.
• Issue original bonds as needed and assist with carrier submissions.
• Attend client meetings and support the surety team as needed.
