Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Surety Client Manager to support producers and account executives with bond requests, reporting and client communications in a collaborative team environment.

You will interact with underwriters, prepare bond reviews, and help develop carrier submissions while ensuring exceptional client service and timely responses to inquiries. Hybrid work arrangement and industry participation are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment.
• P&C licensed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with good judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day needs for clients, including bond requests, billing issues, bond reports.
• Request periodic informational updates, analyze them and communicate data to underwriters.
• Respond to clients’ needs and questions relating to account bond program, project limits and opportunities.
• Communicate with underwriters on status of accounts or bond approvals.
• Issue original bonds as needed.
• Collaborate with surety team to develop carrier submissions and present proposals to prospects.
• Gather information from prospective clients and assist in high-level bond reviews.
• Demonstrate effective communication with internal and external clients/peers/sureties.
• Support other surety staff as needed and attend client meetings.
