Job summary

WTW is seeking a Senior Surety Client Manager to support Producers and Account Executives in prospecting and managing surety accounts. The role focuses on bond requests, billing, reporting, and coordinating with underwriters to deliver timely proposals and service to clients.

You will gather client information, perform high-level bond reviews, and assist in resolving accounting and billing issues while engaging in client meetings and surety events.

Qualifications

• P&C licensed is required and preferred
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong time management, teamwork and prioritization
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• Customer service focus and professional demeanor
• Ability to learn and utilize EPIC software
• Demonstrates ability to interact effectively with clients and underwriters

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day needs for clients including bond requests and billing issues
• Analyze informational updates and communicate data to underwriters
• Respond to clients on account bond program, project limits and opportunities
• Communicate status of accounts with underwriters and assist in bond approvals
• Issue original bonds as needed
• Develop carrier submissions with the surety team and present proposals
• Gather information from prospective clients for high-level bond reviews
• Escalate and resolve carrier/client accounting, billing and collections issues
• Communicate effectively with internal/external clients and peers
• Attend client meetings as required
• Support other surety staff as needed or assigned
