Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks an experienced NA Surety Accommodation Lead to oversee account management, driving client service, retention and sales objectives. You will coordinate with client service and broking teams to exceed client expectations and deliver tailored coverage solutions for complex accounts.

The role focuses on growing the book, managing renewals, preparing proposals, and strengthening relationships with decision makers and insurers in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial property and casualty client management experience.
• Experience servicing middle market and large risk managed accounts.
• RIBO License required.
• CIP and CRM designations preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with yearly growth expectations.
• Provide direction to servicing and broking teams.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for products and services.
• Research and answer client policy and coverage questions.
• Initiate relationships with client decision makers and insurer personnel.
• Identify and manage information on renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain client retention and ensure quality service.
• Manage policy changes and endorsements to broaden coverage.
• Oversee all client deliverables and timelines.
• Develop program designs and final proposals.
• Resolve billing and account issues with carriers and vendors.
• Support client submissions.
• Maintain client files and account documentation.
• Review renewals with clients and obtain necessary consents.
• Ensure WTWe Excellence Model compliance.
• Account for monthly accounts receivable review/collection.
• Maintain sales pipeline.
