Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a leader to oversee SuretyNexus Production teams, managing day-to-day servicing of Surety clients and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met. You will build relationships with client decision-makers and execute deliverables in line with SOPs.

Responsibilities include team workflow management, client communications, onboarding and training, and monthly analysis and reporting. A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Experience with Surety and insurance brokerage environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Acquire and maintain P&C licensure within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day servicing of Surety clients and production teams to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, client managers and team members.
• Issue Surety bonds and perform related activities per client instructions.
• Assist with on-boarding, training, and monthly analysis/reporting.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and analyses for management.
• Maintain client confidentiality and participate in meetings.
