American Global is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead daily client interactions, manage surety submissions, and coordinate with underwriters in Houston, TX. You will oversee data accuracy in Epic, Erlon, and OneDrive, and drive proposals, reports, and client documentation.

The role requires 5+ years of industry experience, strong PAC knowledge, and excellent communication. Travel may be required as part of client and carrier coordination.

Formación

• Strong technical property and casualty knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• Proven ability to present and clearly explain information to clients.
• Data entry experience with accuracy and timeliness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Adobe).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day bonding questions.
• Build and promote strong relationships with business partners, carriers and stakeholders.
• Quality control data in Epic, Erlon, and OneDrive including client data, surety contacts, bonds, rates, commissions.
• Communicate with clients and underwriters through the submission process, including underwriting materials.
• Respond to accounting and invoice issues with appropriate adjustments within timelines.
• Oversee Account Associate work for accuracy and quality.
• Assist in creating proposals and presentations.
• Compile and review client documents such as financial statements and aging schedules.
• Conduct in-depth data analyses.
• Maintain knowledge of carrier underwriting appetites and markets for client programs.
