Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Manager for Surety to support client executives and teammates in servicing a defined portfolio. The role emphasizes relationship development with clients and carriers, accurate documentation, and timely communications.

You will prepare proposals, review source documents with supervision, maintain client files, and assist with billing inquiries. A P&C license is required or obtainable; surety experience is welcome but training is provided.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of client service experience in risk/insurance or related fields.
• P&C license required; training available if not currently licensed.
• Familiarity with CRMs; EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts.
• Prepare and send RFPs to surety carriers and spreadsheet results.
• Review carrier source documents with supervision and communicate with clients.
• Create and maintain client files and policy records.
• Assist with billing questions and respond with the accounting team when needed.
