Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Support Engineer to sit at the intersection of Support and Engineering, troubleshooting complex issues in Linux environments and our Ruby on Rails codebase. You will reproduce bugs, contribute merge requests, and help keep GitLab customers productive on both self-managed GitLab and GitLab.com SaaS.

In your first year you’ll gain deep expertise across implementations, improve documentation, and collaborate with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Sales
