Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is seeking an ECF CHOICES Support Coordinator Manager to provide statewide operational leadership for ECF CHOICES programs, ensure compliance, and drive performance. You will oversee staff development, navigate healthcare regulations, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve outcomes for members and teams across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• RN with CDDN preferred; or bachelor’s in social work, nursing, or related field.
• Meets federal requirements for QDDP or QIDP.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in relevant setting.
• 3 years experience providing support coordination to persons receiving long-term care or home and community-based services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of work flow; lead performance improvement initiatives to implement best practice solutions.
• Manage supervisory personnel and support coordination staff, and oversee hiring and ongoing training of the team.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to establish partnerships and collaborations.
• Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track, trend, and monitor initiatives and outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, and present data to comply with reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency policies through documentation review, outcomes analysis, and staff education.
