Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is seeking an ECF CHOICES Support Coordinator Manager to provide statewide leadership for ECF CHOICES programs and ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance. You’ll lead workforce development, staff engagement, and performance management to drive positive outcomes for members and teams.

Preferred candidates will have experience with ECF CHOICES, LTSS TennCare, or home and community-based programs, along with a proven track record of leading

Qualifications

• RN with a preference for CD DN credential for RNs or
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, nursing, education or related health service field
• Must meet federal requirements for QDDP or QIDP

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance workflow efficiency, quality, and performance
• Manage supervisory staff and support coordination team; hire and train personnel
• Develop and maintain reporting to track initiatives and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency policies and standards
