Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Supply Planner in the United States with 5+ years of supply chain planning experience. The role covers rolling 3-24 month constrained plans within the SIOP process and requires collaboration across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and commercial teams.

The position involves up to 50% travel between Eaton locations, supplier sites, and remote work. The incumbent will translate demand into feasible supply actions, drive risk mitigation, and develop what-if scenarios to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
5+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
2+ years of SIOP/ S&OP/ IBP, capacity or material planning.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Own the 3-to-24 month constrained supply plan.
Lead the Supply Review across manufacturing, procurement, logistics.
Perform rough-cut capacity planning across labor, equipment, lines, tooling, and suppliers.
Develop scenarios to quantify service, revenue, inventory, cost and capacity trade-offs.
Identify supply and lead-time risks and mitigation actions.
Translate strategic supply plans into inventory and pre-build strategies.
