Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation for a major retail distribution client. You will partner with client executives to redesign operating models and deliver measurable business outcomes through tech-enabled programs.
On-site in Atlanta, you will guide multi-year roadmaps, drive performance improvements across planning, warehousing, and logistics, and collaborate with IT, product, and analytics teams to realize value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, business or technology.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs across retail or distribution.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
- On-site in Atlanta with travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex transformation programs across the end-to-end supply chain.
- Assess current-state operations to identify improvements and changes.
- Redesign operating models and drive process execution.
