Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a seasoned Retail Industry Advisor to drive growth and delivery within our Retail Business Consulting practice in North America.

Based in the Atlanta area, this leader will help strengthen TCS’s presence in the Southeast by partnering with regional and national retailers to deliver high-impact transformation programs spanning strategy, operating-model redesign, process improvement, and technology enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of combined experience in retail consulting, transformation, or strategy.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and leading pursuits to closure.
• Expertise in business development, solution design, and account growth in retail.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive stakeholder influence skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the retail consulting strategy for Atlanta and Southeast region.
• Lead transformation engagements across merchandising, operations, supply chain, and omnichannel.
• Advise senior retail executives with actionable insights and value-driven recommendations.
• Develop go-to-market plans, proposals, and value narratives to differentiate TCS in retail.
• Mentor consultants and partner with digital, analytics, and technology teams.
