Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Seattle seeks a seasoned Retail Industry Advisor to lead growth and delivery in North America. Based in the Seattle area, you will partner with regional and national retailers and QSR operators to drive transformation across strategy, operating models, process improvement, and technology enablement.

You will shape consulting strategy, build executive relationships, mentor teams, and oversee engagements from discovery through delivery while ensuring value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years in retail consulting, transformation, or strategy, ideally within a top-tier firm or major retailer.
• Proven track record of building and growing client relationships and leading pursuits to closure.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the retail consulting strategy and plan for Seattle/West Coast region; align with Global Retail Consulting vision.
• Lead transformation engagements across merchandising, operations, supply chain and omnichannel functions.
• Act as strategic advisor to senior retail and QSR executives with actionable insights and value creation.
• Mentor and empower consultants and managers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
