Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) seeks a Senior Consultant in Retail Change Management to join our North America Retail Business Consulting division. The role focuses on store operations and frontline adoption, translating operating model changes and new technologies into sustainable changes for store leaders and field teams.

You'll lead defined change workstreams, conduct impact assessments, develop adoption plans, and support training, readiness and sustainment across distributed store networks

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in management consulting, retail transformation or related roles.
• Hands-on change management across large-scale programs.
• Experience across change disciplines: impact assessments, planning, communications, capability building and training.
• Retail experience in large distributed stores is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined business change management workstreams within large-scale retail transformation programs.
• Conduct stakeholder, organizational and change-impact assessments for store associates and leaders.
• Develop and execute change plans covering engagement, leadership alignment, communications, training and readiness.
• Translate transformation designs into actions for frontline roles, processes and management routines.
• Assess readiness and capacity of stores to absorb change and plan sequencing.
• Identify adoption barriers and mitigation actions with client leaders and teams.
• Define and track readiness and adoption measures using frontline feedback and KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with corporate, field and store stakeholders.
