This senior, client-facing role focuses on strategy, operating-model redesign, process improvement, and technology enablement across retail functions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in retail consulting, transformation, or strategy; top-tier experience preferred.
• Proven track record of client relationships, opportunities identification, and pursuits to closure.
• Strong analytical, communication, and C-suite engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as required.

• Shape and execute the retail consulting strategy and plan for the Southeast region.
• Lead transformations across merchandising, operations, supply chain, and omnichannel.
