Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) seeks a seasoned Retail Industry Advisor to drive growth and delivery for the Retail Practice in North America. Based in Seattle area with hybrid travel, you will lead strategic transformations across merchandising, operations, and omnichannel to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will build executive-level relationships, shape go-to-market plans, and mentor teams while partnering with global leaders to advance delivery standards and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline
• 15+ years of combined experience in retail consulting, transformation, or strategy
• Proven track record of building and growing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and leading pursuits to closure
• Demonstrated expertise in business development, solution design, and account growth within the retail & restaurant (QSR) industries
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently at the C-suite level

Responsabilités

• Shape and execute the retail consulting strategy and plan for the Seattle and broader West Coast region, in alignment with TCS's Global Retail Consulting vision
• Lead transformation engagements that enhance business performance across merchandising, operations, supply chain, and omnichannel functions
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior retail and restaurant (QSR) executives, offering actionable insights and pragmatic recommendations that create value and accelerate growth
• Collaborate closely with global and regional consulting leaders to align go-to-market priorities, delivery standards, and capability development plans
• Build, nurture, and expand executive-level client relationships across multi-unit retailers and restaurant / QSR operators across the West Coast region and selected national accounts
