Job summary

Ladders is assisting a client in the Telecommunications & Hardware space by seeking a Sr Business System Analyst - Supply Chain to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This remote role partners with supply chain operations and IT to translate business needs into actionable requirements for ERP and MES systems.

You will own functional and technical specs, support manufacturing execution, drive timely delivery, and act as a SME with IT teams to resolve critical production issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS or MES systems.
• Experience with MES platforms such as Critical Manufacturing, Siemens Opcenter, GE Proficy, or Apriso preferred.
• Familiarity with a broad range of corporate IT solutions, including Mulesoft, OIC, and GenAI.
• Proven ability to work in agile scrum methodologies and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain operations stakeholders to understand needs and document requirements.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for ERP and MES systems.
• Implement and maintain the Manufacturing Execution System.
• Ensure project delivery meets timelines, budgets, and requirements while managing priorities effectively.
• Oversee operations in a world-class supply chain manufacturing site.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with IT support teams to resolve critical production issues.
