Job summary

Ladders seeks a Supply Chain System Manager to own the systems foundation supporting a digital supply chain in a fast-moving hardware environment. This remote role leads strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of core supply chain platforms, partnering with engineering, operations, and internal business teams.

The position focuses on improving data integrity, automating workflows, and creating visibility for leadership across the supply chain lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with supply chain systems in a hardware technology setting.
• Expertise in ERP, PLM, MRP, or WMS systems like NetSuite, SAPOne, or Arena.
• Strong business systems analysis skills to translate workflows into technical requirements.
• Ability to build customized AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for training non-technical users.
• Enthusiasm for building digital supply chain foundations in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and implementation of ERP, PLM, and spend-management systems.
• Build data integrations across PLM, ERP, and supplier portal systems.
• Ensure data accuracy for master data elements like BOMs and vendor files.
• Develop automated workflows and dashboard reporting for executive visibility.
• Partner with engineering to streamline Engineering Change Order flows.
• Provide system administration and user training for internal teams.
