Ladders is assisting a client in the Telecommunications & Hardware space by seeking a Sr Business System Analyst - Supply Chain to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This remote role partners with supply chain operations and IT to translate business needs into actionable requirements for ERP and MES systems.

You will own functional and technical specs, support manufacturing execution, drive timely delivery, and act as a SME with IT teams to resolve critical production issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS or MES systems.
• Experience with MES platforms such as Critical Manufacturing, Siemens Opcenter, GE Proficy, or Apriso preferred.
• Familiarity with a broad range of corporate IT solutions, including Mulesoft, OIC, and GenAI.
• Proven ability to work in agile scrum methodologies and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Business System Analyst - Supply Chain to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will partner closely with supply chain operations and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. The position will focus on supporting manufacturing execution and enterprise systems that keep production and supply chain operations running efficiently. You will help drive timely project delivery, resolve critical issues, and ensure technology solutions support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $170,000 annually
