Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist for Midland, MI or Houston, TX to optimize production planning and supply across sites. The role balances supply and demand, coordinating with manufacturing, logistics and service teams to ensure product availability and asset utilization.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in supply chain or manufacturing, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or other Sciences preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Supply Chain or Manufacturing environment.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• Generates a time-phased supply schedule to fulfill business requirements and optimize inventory.
• Determines and/or executes effective regional or global sourcing rules.
• Owns and operates site or regional planning models for efficient information use.
• Collaborates with customer service, manufacturing, logistics and partners to meet obligations during unplanned events.
• Maintains production parameters and master data to ensure reliable planning.
