Job summary

Royal Technologies is seeking a Master Scheduler for our Hudsonville, MI facility. You will lead production scheduling, capacity planning, and ERP-driven processes to optimize supply chain performance in a lean, data-driven environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain and a degree in a relevant field; strong analytical skills and collaboration with S&OP teams are essential. We offer a competitive compensation package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree In Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering preferred; equivalent career experience acceptable
• 3–5 years minimum in Supply Chain (Materials, Inventory, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP)
• Lean and Six Sigma certifications preferred
• Strong analytical, data-driven with ability to influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Hold a leadership role in plant-level supply chain operations, including planning, scheduling, inventory management, and ERP processes
• Manage the master production schedule and capacity planning for internal and external sites
• Collaborate with S&OP teams to create a capacity plan supporting medium/long-term orders
• Communicate data-driven insights to leadership and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery metrics
