Job summary

Royal Technologies Corp. is seeking a Master Scheduler to lead the plant’s supply chain planning and scheduling at our Hudsonville, MI facility. You will own master production scheduling, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize production and inventory.

You’ll drive data-driven decisions to meet customer demand while supporting lean manufacturing goals. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in supply chain, a strong analytical mindset, and experience in a matrix, multi-site

Qualifications

• BA/BS in SCM or Industrial Engineering preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3–5 years minimum in supply chain (materials management, inventory, demand planning, procurement, SIOP).
• Strong mathematical/analytical skills; process-minded with continuous improvement focus.
• Ability to drive change in a matrix, multi-site environment and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level supply chain planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory management, and ERP processes.
• Manage master production schedule and rough-cut capacity across internal/external sites.
• Collaborate with S&OP teams to maintain capacity plans aligned with forecasts and demand.
• Participate in S&OP/S&OE meetings from the plant perspective and drive improvements.
• Own scheduling with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and customer service.
• Communicate data-driven insights to leadership to inform decisions and actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, engineering, and production to ensure timely material availability.
