Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist for Midland, MI or Houston, TX to plan time-phased production, packaging and sourcing across sites, balancing supply and demand with a focus on asset utilization and service levels.

You will build production and demand plans, optimize inventories, collaborate with manufacturing, logistics and customers, and drive improvements in planning models while following Dow's governance and data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or manufacturing.
• United States work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Generates a time-phased supply schedule to meet business requirements short-term.
• Determines regional or global sourcing rules and executes agreements.
• Owns and operates planning models for efficient information use.
• Collaborates with service providers and internal teams to meet obligations.
• Maintains master data and production parameters for planning accuracy.
• Balances production, inventory, and external manufacturing to meet demand.
