Allor Manufacturing is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for our Michigan facility. The role focuses on planning and scheduling all PO releases to the shop floor, setting priorities, and reporting back on actuals to adjust the plan.

The successful candidate will balance near-term actions with long-term improvements in supply chain operations, requiring strong multitasking and cross-functional communication on-site.

Qualifications

• Production planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of an ERP system for planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical ability with capacity, run times, and delivery dates.
• Ability to adjust a schedule as conditions change and communicate impacts.
• On-site work and willingness to spend time on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Review capacity planning and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Maintain production schedules and monitor shop floor progress.
• Track available hours and work center capacity to flag capacity issues.
• Communicate with engineering, purchasing, floor supervisors, and stock keeping.
• Launch jobs on time and keep work flowing in the right direction.
• Support on-time delivery and schedule targets using EPICOR.
