Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, MI to decide what, when and where to supply for multiple production sites. You will balance supply and demand over the operational horizon to maximize product availability and asset utilization.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, logistics, and customer service, develop time-phased schedules, and ensure adherence to planning models and governance, enabling efficient global supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge in the discipline with the ability to perform a range of assignments.
• Experience analyzing supply chain solutions and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Generates a time-phased supply schedule to meet short-term requirements while honoring plant constraints and service targets.
• Determines and enforces regional or global sourcing rules for operations.
• Owns site or regional planning models and ensures efficient use of information systems.
• Coordinates internal demand, utilities and environmental operations at the site level.
• Translates inventory and production constraints into actionable plans and communicates with partners.
