Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, MI.

You will decide what, when and where to supply across multiple sites, balancing supply and demand to maximize product availability and asset utilization. You will lead regional planning, coordinate internal demand, and address short-term constraints while collaborating with service providers and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience (US E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Generates a time-phased supply schedule to meet business requirements in the short-term.
• Determines and executes effective regional or global sourcing rules.
• Implements external manufacturing agreements or executes existing ones.
• Owns and operates site or regional planning models.
• Serves as a local site coordinator/planner for integration of internal demand and operations.
• Tracks inventory quantities and ensures inventory volumes meet the plan.
• Leads collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and partners to address unplanned events.
• Maintains production parameters and master data to support planning.
• Supports global supply chain initiatives with cross-functional teams.
