Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, MI.

You will decide what, when, and where to supply for multiple production sites, balancing supply and demand over the horizon to optimize availability and asset use. Responsibilities include generating time-phased schedules, enforcing sourcing rules, maintaining master data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to mitigate disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at a U.S. E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Generates a time-phased supply schedule to fulfill business requirements in the short-term, considering plant constraints and service targets.
• Determines and executes regional/global sourcing rules for efficiency.
• Owns and operates site or regional planning models to ensure effective planning.
• Collaborates with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and partners to handle unplanned events.
• Monitors inventory levels, slow-moving stock, and plan alignment.
