Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, MI. You will decide what, when and where to supply for multiple sites, balancing supply and demand to optimize availability and asset use.

Responsibilities include creating time-phased schedules, applying sourcing rules, managing external agreements, and coordinating with CS, manufacturing, and logistics to address issues and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Generate a time-phased supply schedule to meet short-term business needs, considering site constraints and service targets.
• Determine and apply effective regional/global sourcing rules.
• Implement external manufacturing agreements or manage existing ones.
• Own site/regional planning models and ensure efficient use of IT data.
• Coordinate internal demand, utilities, and environmental operations at the location.
• Monitor inventory levels and address slow-moving stock to meet the plan.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with CS, manufacturing, and logistics for unplanned events.
• Maintain production parameters and master data for planning accuracy.
• Support global supply chain initiatives by interfacing with other teams.
