Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist for Midland, MI. You will decide what, when and where to supply for multiple sites, balancing supply and demand to optimize availability and asset use. This role demands strategic thinking and collaboration across functions.

You will lead the regional planning, monitor inventory, and coordinate with service providers to protect customer service levels while respecting plant constraints and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience (US E6 or Canadian PO2+) required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Generate time-phased supply schedule to meet short-term business requirements.
• Determine or apply optimal regional/global sourcing rules.
• Execute external manufacturing agreements as needed.
• Own site or regional planning models and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate internal demand, utilities, and environmental operations at the site.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with the plan.
• Collaborate with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and partners during unplanned events.
• Maintain production parameters and master data for planning.
