Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, MI. You will design time-phased supply schedules, balance plant constraints, and ensure inventory targets and customer service levels are met.

Responsibilities include managing regional/global sourcing, external manufacturing agreements, and site planning models, while collaborating with customer service, manufacturing, and logistics teams to navigate unplanned events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience (US E6 or Canadian PO2+).
• At least 2 years of relevant supply chain experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Generates a time-phased supply schedule to fulfill business requirements in the short-term.
• Determines regional/global sourcing rules.
• Implements external manufacturing agreements.
• Owns and operates site or regional planning models and ensures efficient use of information technology.
• Coordinates internal demand with site operations and environmental teams.
• Monitors inventory levels and confirms plan adherence.
• Addresses supply issues like capacity constraints or shortages.
• Leads collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics and partners.
