Job summary

Sierra Nevada Company, LLC seeks a senior Supply Chain Program Manager to lead SCPMs and SCPCs in Plano, TX, driving program-level supply chain plans, risk management, and supplier collaboration. The role emphasizes cost, technical, and schedule performance across large, complex programs within the DoD/A&D sectors.

You will coordinate with procurement, program office, and engineering teams to deliver on-time, on-budget performance while advancing DFSC initiatives and rigorous supplier management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis Technical/Engineering concentration.
• 9+ years of experience in operations or a related area; DoD/A&D experience preferred.
• Experience with DoD/A&D sectors, defense procurement, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SCPMs and SCPCs, providing oversight and guidance on SNC's tools and processes.
• Develop program-level Supply Chain Management Plans and sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate between supply chain teams to ensure timely schedules and milestone delivery.
• Manage cost, technical, and schedule aspects of supply chain for proposals or programs.
• Support DFSC initiatives and Model to Target Cost development in new programs.
• Prepare status reports on cost, schedule and performance metrics.
