Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a senior Supply Chain Program Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain activities for major programs in the aerospace and defense sectors. You will oversee SCPMs, drive sourcing strategies, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget program delivery.

The role requires extensive DoD/defense experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex supplier networks across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• 15+ years in operations or related field; DoD/Defense domain experience preferred.
• Extensive procurement and contract management knowledge.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels and manage large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCPMs and supply chain teams across multiple programs.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, SSOW/SDRL documentation, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Oversee program reviews, risk assessments, and make/buy decisions from a supply chain perspective.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and aerospace industry requirements and standards.
• Provide status, metrics, and insight to program leadership and stakeholders.
