Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Manager, Operations to lead end-to-end Supply Chain Management, interfacing with procurement, sales, support, quality and engineering.

You will oversee forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution and customer service while managing relationships with suppliers and 3PLs to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency. Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, operations or related field.
• 6+ years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain, 4+ years in leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics and network optimization.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; effective communicator.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects; results-driven.
• Flexible hours to support a global operations organization.
• Successful completion of background screening where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership and business functions to drive operational activities.
• Evaluate performance by gathering and interpreting data and metrics.
• Direct inbound/outbound logistics, transportation optimization, warehousing, and quality.
• Manage daily fulfillment with third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet orders.
• Regularly assess efficiency of procedures and implement improvements.
• Own decisions and risk mitigations to balance priorities; monitor KPIs like OTD and MTTR.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Create policies for end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Plan and implement material flow systems to meet production needs.
• Analyze logistics to achieve cost effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Implement customer-specific requirements and reporting metrics.
• Monitor import/export processes for regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate transportation rates and services.
• Negotiate with suppliers/customers to improve efficiency and sustainability.
• Plan and implement logistic system/process improvements.
• Recommend new technologies, such as automated systems.
• Develop risk management programs for continuity in emergencies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Order Management, Finance, QA, NPI, and others.
• Direct logistics and reverse logistics across product lifecycles.
• Conduct environmental audits for logistics activities.
• Lead a team of operations specialists with guidance.
