Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in hardware operations and supply chain.
• 4+ years of leadership in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with BI reporting.
• Knowledge of statistics and optimization of transportation networks.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication and ability to present to leaders and staff.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership and business functions to drive operational activities and support objectives.
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation optimization and warehouse activities.
• Manage daily fulfillment of customer shipments with Verint’s third party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements and priorities.
• Regularly evaluate efficiency of procedures and implement improvements.
• Own decisions and risk mitigation for competing priorities and monitor KPIs like OTD and MTTR.
• Manage relationships and monitor agreements with external partners/vendors.
• Create policies for end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Plan and implement material flow systems to meet production needs.
• Analyze logistics to optimize transport timelines and costs.
• Implement customer-specific reporting or transport metrics.
• Monitor import/export processes for regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate transportation rates or services and supplier terms.
• Plan and implement improvements to internal/external logistics systems.
• Recommend new technology, such as automated systems.
• Develop risk management programs to ensure supply continuity.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems.
