Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial Eng, Operations, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain, with 4+ years in leadership in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, operation research and optimization of transport networks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to leaders, employees, and customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate a global operations organization.
• Background screening in line with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership and business functions to drive operational activities and support business objectives.
• Evaluate performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations and optimize transportation, warehousing, and logistics quality.
• Manage daily fulfillment with third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet orders and priorities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to meet organizational objectives.
• Own risk decisions and monitor KPIs like OTD and MTTR.
• Manage relationships with external partners/vendors.
• Create end-to-end supply chain policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement material flow management systems.
• Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics for cost-effective objectives.
• Monitor import/export processes for regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate transportation rates or services.
• Collaborate to integrate logistics with sales, order management, accounting, and quality.
