Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline.
• 6+ years in Hardware Operations & Supply Chain with 4+ years of leadership.
• Strong analytical and BI reporting skills.
• Knowledge of statistics and optimization of transportation networks.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Flexible working hours for a global operations organization.
• Background screening per policy.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational activities with leadership and business functions to meet objectives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and metrics to evaluate performance.
• Direct inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation optimization.
• Oversee daily order fulfillment with third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping and procurement to meet orders.
• Improve procedures to align with organizational goals and efficiency.
• Lead supply chain team and manage external partners/vendors.
• Plan and implement end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Develop risk management and continuity plans for supply.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with systems.
