Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Hardware Operations & Supply chain with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, operations research and transportation networks optimization.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills with leaders, employees and customers.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership and business functions to drive operational activities and support objectives.
• Evaluate performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Direct inbound/outbound logistics operations, including transportation optimization and warehouse activities.
• Oversee daily fulfillment with Verint’s third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet orders and priorities.
• Regularly evaluate and improve business procedures to align with objectives.
• Own decisions and risk mitigations; monitor OTD and MTTR metrics.
• Manage relationships with external partners/vendors.
• Create end-to-end supply chain policies and procedures.
• Plan material flow to meet production requirements.
• Analyze logistics to optimize cost, productivity, and timelines.
• Implement customer-specific reporting or metrics.
• Monitor import/export compliance.
• Negotiate transportation rates/services.
• Negotiate with suppliers/customers to boost efficiency.
• Plan and improve internal/external logistics systems.
• Recommend new technology or automated systems.
