Job summary

ABB is seeking a senior supply chain leader to manage local SCM, procurement and production planning functions in a hybrid role based in Bartlesville, OK. You will guide cross-functional teams, optimize inventory, and ensure supply chain resilience while aligning with global strategies.

The role demands a strong track record in S&OP, supplier management and cost reduction, with the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement and production planning in global complex companies.
• 5+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience; SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Product Development and global SCM teams to improve end-to-end performance.
• Lead local Procurement and Planning teams, staffing and developing subordinates within HR policies.
• Own inventory optimization and material availability ensuring supply continuity.
• Drive end-to-end order execution by coordinating internal and external resources to improve on-time delivery.
• Own the site supply planning process and feed into S&OP with visibility of capacity.
• Define and execute Local Division Procurement strategy aligned with business objectives and global strategies.
• Drive cost competitiveness and delivering cost reduction across materials, services, transportation and logistics.
• Own supplier delivery performance, quality, lead times and supply risk management.
