Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of planning, scheduling, or MR planning in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; SAP or similar system experience.
• Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on orders, forecast, capacity, and material availability.
• Coordinate material requirements and procurement timing to ensure availability for schedules.
• Monitor inventory, WIP, production progress and capacity to prevent delays.
• Plan for complex and custom orders with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Project Management).
• Identify and resolve production constraints, scheduling conflicts, and material shortages impacting delivery or quality.
• Maintain planning data and reports in SAP or other systems; ensure accuracy.
• Analyze processes and capacity to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving and communicate priorities and risks to management and stakeholders.
