ABB in Bartlesville, OK is seeking an experienced Production Planner Scheduler to develop and manage production schedules aligned with customer commitments, capacity, and material availability. This role links Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain to keep plans achievable and delivery on track.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a dynamic manufacturing setting with shifting priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of planning, scheduling, or MR planning in manufacturing.
Strong Excel and Word skills; SAP or similar system experience.
Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain production schedules based on orders, forecast, capacity, and material availability.
Coordinate material requirements and procurement timing to ensure availability for schedules.
Monitor inventory, WIP, production progress and capacity to prevent delays.
Plan for complex and custom orders with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Project Management).
Identify and resolve production constraints, scheduling conflicts, and material shortages impacting delivery or quality.
Maintain planning data and reports in SAP or other systems; ensure accuracy.
Analyze processes and capacity to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional problem solving and communicate priorities and risks to management and stakeholders.
