Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for an electronics manufacturing environment in Frederick, MD. You will oversee inventory control, purchasing procedures, and staff collaboration across multiple sites to ensure on-time production and efficient materials management.

You will drive supplier negotiations, monitor pricing and delivery metrics, and implement improvements in forecasting and budgeting. Strong Excel/Access skills are essential for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of directly related experience preferred in electronics/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of buyers and related staff across purchasing, materials management and configuration management.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure on-time production while minimizing on-hand inventory.
• Develop goals/metrics and track progress with focus on professional development.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships to optimize price, quality, and delivery.
• Provide management with data/metrics to drive continuous improvement and decisions.
• Interface with program managers on planning and forecasting to meet shipments.
