Job summary

Ferrotec (USA) Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead and optimize procurement, planning, inventory control, logistics, forecasting, and supplier management for the Contract Manufacturing Business Unit.

You will oversee the Master Production Schedule, capacity planning, and demand forecasting while partnering with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales to ensure material availability and customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain, planning, procurement, manufacturing, or operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing supply chain teams in manufacturing.
• Experience leading procurement, planning, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, scheduling, and inventory optimization.
• Proven ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives and growth.
• Lead procurement, planning, inventory control, logistics, and S&OP across the business unit.
• Own Master Production Schedule, backlog management, capacity planning, and demand forecasting.
• Lead cross-functional teams with manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance, and sales.
• Establish supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and manage risk.
• Drive continuous improvement in on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.
