Job summary

Ferrotec (USA) Corporation in Livermore, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and production scheduling for our Contract Manufacturing Business Unit.

You will drive supply chain strategies, optimize metrics, and collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales to ensure material availability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years in progressive supply chain roles with leadership.
• Experience leading procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize all supply chain operations for the Contract Manufacturing Business Unit.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies supporting growth and profitability.
• Own Master Production Schedule (MPS) and demand forecasting processes.
• Lead S&OP processes and balance capacity with demand.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations to ensure material availability.
• Develop supplier sourcing strategies and manage key supplier relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement for on-time delivery and cost reduction.
• Maintain ERP data integrity and support planning/execution.
