Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain/Materials Planning Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and capacity management. You will drive MPS in SAP, oversee RCCP, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to mitigate gaps while ensuring on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

The role emphasizes data governance, SAP S/4HANA usage, and continuous improvement within an ITAR-controlled environment. On-site with a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain/manufacturing planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Experience with ERP systems and ITAR constraints.
• Process improvement background.
• Capacity planning and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to translate demand into a Master Production Schedule (MPS) in SAP.
• Lead RCCP process to validate capacity feasibility and surface constraints.
• Drive cross-functional teams to mitigate capacity, material, and resource gaps.
• Lead plant SIOP supply review and ensure alignment with capacity and inventory constraints.
• Own inventory performance including turns and obsolescence management.
• Ensure disciplined use of SAP S/4HANA and KPIs; support IBP integration.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate priorities through forums.
