Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Supply Chain MASTER Planner to lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of production orders in an SAP environment. You will optimize capacity, inventory, and on-time delivery, acting as the central liaison among Operations, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Distribution.

You will drive master schedules, manage WIP and finished goods, and support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple value streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP; Cable Solutions module a plus).
• Advanced SAP planning and master data skills.
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, convert, manage, and close planned and production orders in SAP.
• Develop and maintain master production schedule aligned with capacity and demand.
• Coordinate with various functions to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and identify substitutions to fulfill orders.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
