Job summary

MPD INTEGRATION LLC in Wisconsin seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, material planning, inventory, and supplier management to support production and growth.

You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Production, Project Management, and Finance to optimize material flow, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across an engineered-to-order electrical distribution equipment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain or purchasing experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing and procurement activities for raw materials and components.
• Establish sourcing strategies for critical and long-lead items.
• Monitor material availability and drive resolution of shortages.
