Job summary

CoLab TA seeks a Master Planner to oversee MRP activities, ensuring parts availability and meeting customer demand. This senior role leads two MRP teams, optimizes SAP planning processes, and drives KPI improvements while supporting S&OP initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong SAP, MRP, and planning experience, with a background in manufacturing or supply chain environments. Florida location preferred, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Experience in MRP, supply chain planning, or manufacturing planning.
• Strong SAP experience.
• APEX certification.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team and driving process improvements.
• Knowledge of demand and supply planning, inventory management, and parts availability.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, including on-time delivery, and resolving supply or customer delivery issues.
• S&OP experience, particularly implementation or process improvement.
• Power generation or automotive industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MRP activities to ensure parts availability and customer demand is met.
• Lead two MRP teams and mentor staff to achieve performance goals.
• Optimize SAP planning processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and identify root causes for delays or supply issues.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
