Job summary

UTEC, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Management Associate for the Control Box Division. You will partner with sales, scheduling, production, and engineering to manage materials, analyze MRP, and drive on-time deliveries while maintaining inventory targets.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The role requires a degree with 2+ years in supply chain planning and experience resolving AP issues; familiarity with SAP and MS Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years’ experience as a Supply Chain Planner with 1 year Accounts Payable resolution experience
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years’ experience as a Supply Chain Planner with 1 year Accounts Payable resolution experience
• High School diploma with 4+ years’ experience as a Supply Chain Planner with 1 year Accounts Payable resolution experience

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, procure, and expedite components to meet sales demands and support on-time deliveries
• Analyze the MRP and SAP data to optimize inventory levels and supplier performance
• Resolve daily Accounts Payable rejections and collaborate with Quality on supplier issues
